Today has been pretty good. It's nice because he's stringing several good days together! He's had lots of company and he's enjoying it. In one of his sessions today they hooked a muscle stem machine up to his foot and shin. It stimulates those muscles in his foot trying to "wake" them up, so to speak, so he can pull his foot up eventually. We just continue to pray and believe that God will fix it! It's great because whenever I bring the boys up to spend some time, Logan (our 4 yr old) prays for him about a half a dozen times while he's here. About every 20 min or so he tells everyone it's time to stop and pray for Dad! We know God's gonna complete all this stuff that's left because Logan's not lettin' up! He's definitely praying without ceasing and I love it!

What a little blessing he is! I am so glad things are getting better and the the therapy is progressing as well as it is.
ReplyDeleteSo happy to hear that things are getting better! Dan looks awesome! Was talking about him and his recovery at church and everyone agrees it's nothing but a miracle. Keep it up Dan! God's got your back!
ReplyDeleteIt has just blessed my heart to see how God will USE this very thing to strengthen the faith of (even) Logan! I love that about God! I am so proud of you, Dan...words don't adequately express that! Jenni - you are a strong woman - - I knew that...but am amazed at the wisdom God continues to give you! I love you all so much ~ can't wait to see you at HOME!!
ReplyDeleteIt has been great watching the progress of God's healing hand on Dan. Being back to the Springfield area has been great for the family and friends for visiting with Dan. His CMA brothers and sisters would like to come by and see him and the family but we don't want to crowd him all at once. Is it okay if we drop in a few at a time? Please let me know if there is a preferred time for visiting.

SO glad things are better each day!!!! How amazing a child can be when raised in a Christian home to know God is the one to pray to for healing. Glad Dan has had a lot of company hope to get there soon to see him. Please tell him I am praying for complete healing. I know that through this storm You all have continued to Praise him and kept your faith. Rene
